ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE UNLESS RECEIVED DAMAGED
- If merchandise was received damaged you must provide pictures showing proof that you received the item (s) damaged.
- Email all proof to nalestreasures@gmail.com
- If approved for a return due to receiving a damaged item, a store credit will be issued to you via a gift card from Nales Treasures LLC that can be applied towards any future purchase.
- If an order is placed prior to receiving a store credit, we cannot refund that amount to you. Please wait until your store credit is available if you'd like to place an order using this credit.
- If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply that credit afterward.
- If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay a $6.95 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 10 days. After 10 days, the items will be donated to charity.
